Do you have oatmeal, carrots and apples? Recipe for a delicious and healthy dessert Raw carrots 300 g (1-2 pieces). 1 apple. Zest of 1 lemon. 2 eggs. Salt. Sweetener 80 g (4 tbsp without foil). Beat well. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. Oat flakes 130 g (8-10 tbsp). Baking powder 2 tsp (10 g). Cottage cheese (any fat content) 350 gr. 2 eggs. Sweetener 60 gr. Vanillin. Mix well with a mixer. Pour 2/3 of the dough into the mold. 30 grams of nuts. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 45-50 minutes. Bon appetit!
