Ingredients:
Pasta of choice (I used angel hair pasta)
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup water
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
carrot (as much as you like)
½ lb pumpkin
scotch bonnet pepper (to taste)
thyme
1 cup cauliflower florets (can use any vegetable you have on hand)
sweet pepper
1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon maggi thick and spicy (substitute all purpose seasoning)
